Move the shape you made
The wobble, the spill, the extra-long arm — motion keeps the details that make the drawing unmistakably theirs.
ON PAPER OR ON A TABLET
Draw something of your own. Every wonky ear and runaway color stays as it moves. Give the friend a name, and it will be waiting on this device the next time you open Kakitomo.
It became a friend — just as drawn!
“That’s my drawing moving!”
WHY KAKITOMO
A wobble or unexpected shape may be the part that makes a drawing feel most personal. Kakitomo makes the artist’s own lines feel alive instead of replacing them with a more polished picture.
The artist should be the first to say, “That is mine!”
The wobble, the spill, the extra-long arm — motion keeps the details that make the drawing unmistakably theirs.
A tiny walk, a giant leap, a shy wave. Movement lets you imagine who this character might be.
“Could it fly with wings?” “Let’s draw a friend.” The joy of motion becomes a reason to make again.
TRY THE MOTION
Try each button and see the movement change. In the early experience, the drawing you make here or import appears on stage and moves the same way — keeping every line as it is.

HOW IT MOVES
There is no bundle of modes to learn. An everyday drawing becomes the beginning of one AI friendship.
Draw right here, use crayons or a pen on paper, or create on a tablet. Any tool, any way you like.
On-screen art continues directly. Paper art can be photographed, and existing digital art can be picked.
Keep the shape and colors, then try a tiny walk, a big jump, or a joyful spin.
A named friend waits on this device, ready to play in the same form on the next visit.

FOR EVERY IMAGINATION
A strange creature from meeting notes, today’s mood in a journal, or a cloud invented together. Kakitomo gives the idea a name, a movement, and a reason to return.
Naming a casual line and watching it move can reveal a personality you did not plan in advance.
A parent and child, partners, or friends can each draw one and introduce their new companions.
DESIGNED WITH CARE
The creative experience is open to every age while parent involvement remains in place when a child uses Kakitomo.
A photo used to capture paper art stays on the device. Kakitomo works with the background-removed drawing.
Adults confirm their own external actions. When a child uses Kakitomo, a parent confirms sharing, orders, and uploads.
Optional AI transformation and sharing show the image, destination, and retention terms before anything is sent.
FAQ
Yes. Draw right on the screen, photograph paper artwork with a phone, or choose tablet artwork as an image. All three work in the browser experience available now.
The core play experience does not redraw it. Kakitomo preserves the character of each line and shape while adding movement. Optional AI looks are available only after an adult acting for themselves or a parent reviews what will be sent.
Yes. After the drawing moves, give the friend a name. Its exact appearance and name are saved on this device, so the same friend waits at the start of the next visit. No account is required.
